For over a decade, Jenine has been instrumental in helping friends, family, and complete strangers, to acquire their own homes in the Cayman Islands, by finding ways to make the impossible, possible! With her knowledge of the Cayman Islands and the property market and the experience gained from purchasing and developing her own properties, she made a hobby out of bringing others right along on the property ownership journey! The expert guidance she provided to many, who thought homeownership could never become a reality, saw them ultimately achieve their dreams of owning their own homes.

The satisfaction gained from seeing how happy new home-owners were, at closing, prompted Jenine to formally enter the Real Estate profession, becoming a member of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA), approximately 5 years ago and has since worked for two CIREBA member companies.

Born in Jamaica, Jenine has made the beautiful Cayman Islands her home for over 20 years. With her background in Education and Business, it was very easy to transfer skills employed in those fields to the Real Estate Industry. She has a pleasing personality, excellent people skills; all the patience to listen carefully to the clients’ needs and offers the level of dedication and commitment necessary to get her clients the desired results.
